Day 2 of summer: Strawberries

Day 2 of summer: strawberries. Not sure if we ever come across anyone who doesn’t like strawberries. It’s an amazing summer fruit, great source of vitamin C and low in sugars.

10 amazing things you can do with strawberries:

1. Eat them as they are

2. Make strawberry jam

3. Dip in dark chocolate

4. Use in smoothies

5. Pile them onto plain yoghurt

6. Add in salad with spinach, fetta, cucumber and balsamic reduction

7. Make into strawberry coulis and drizzle on chocolate mousse

8. Slice them up and put into sparkling water

9. Strawberry cheesecake

10. Strawberry margarita
