Kiwi salsa recipe

High in Vitamin C!


  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup coriander
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbs spring onion
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve with corn chips. Easy!
