Fresh Mango Sorbet


2 frozen mangoes

2 mangoes at room temperature

8 coconut water ice cubes

Handful of mint leaves

Juice of ó lemon


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, transfer into a large bowl. Place in

freezer until frozen. For serving, remove sorbet from the freezer and leave in

room temperature for 10-20 minutes until sorbet is soft enough to scoop out.
