In winter when we move less our lymphatic system slows down. The lymphatic system plays a large role in our immunity by circulating any waste in the blood as well as any toxin or germs that have entered the body. It sends the fluid or lymph, through our lymph nodes which are equipped to remove any nasty invaders. All the clean fluid is then recirculated in our blood. So when the lymphatic system slows down we can feel tired and lethargic and are more prone to getting sick as those germs are sitting around in the body for longer.
So what can we do to speed it up? The only two things that will increase the speed of the lymphatic system are movement or massage. Moving our muscles will help to push the lymph through the system. Massage will also increase the rate of lymph flow in the body by using strokes all towards the heart which is the direction the lymphatic system runs.Roblox HackBigo Live Beans HackYUGIOH DUEL LINKS HACKPokemon Duel HackRoblox HackPixel Gun 3d HackGrowtopia HackClash Royale Hackmy cafe recipes stories hackMobile Legends HackMobile Strike Hack
During winter most people tend to feel a little bit down and unmotivated while we miss the sunshine and light. Getting a massage is not just about releasing any tightness in the muscles, during a massage the central nervous system is stimulated and produces several hormones and chemicals that elevate the mood, relieve pain, and reduce anxiety, stress and depression.
Getting a massage during winter will make you move better, feel happier, more relaxed, and give you more energy! Who knew it could be that easy to fight those winter blues?
