Overnight Oats



1/3 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup liquid (almond milk, water, soy milk, cow’s milk, rice milk)

1 heap tsp matcha powder

2 strawberries, chopped into small cubes

2 lychees, chopped into small pieces

1-2 tsp buckinis

Mix oats, matcha powder and liquid in the glass jar, close the lid and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, give overnight oat a stir then top with lychees, strawberries and buckinis.

What is buckinis?

Buckinis are buckwheat clusters that you may buy from health food shops. You can replace buckinis with roasted buckwheat or quinoa. Both are gluten free and good sources of protein and nutrients.
