Raspberry Whip

A smooth cool tasting dessert for the summer months with a surprise ingredient. Finish with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs. Perfect summer dessert.

Raspberry Whip


• 400g silken tofu

• 1 cups berries

• Honey 2-3 tb

• Vanilla

• Pinch of salt

• Cocoa nibs for garnish


1)Place all ingredients (except coca nibs) in a high speed blender and blend until


2) Pour raspberry whip into smaller containers e.g. ceramic tea cups or glass

tea cups.

3) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Sprinkle cocoa nibs before serving.
