The cooking and nutrition workshops we are offering in 2014 have a focus on using food as preventative medicine. Our workshops will demonstrate how easy it is to take charge and change your food habits by our dietitian Sarah Leung and the enthusiastic nutritionist Mai Duong. All our workshops contain recipes that are tasty, fast and very easy! All our recipes will allow you to eat what you love guilt free.

All classes will be run at CERES Environmental Park on a Saturday from 1:30-4:30. All classes are $85 including ingredients, tasting and resources.

 

Vegetarian Cooking Class

Healthy Gluten Free Cooking Class

Low FODMAPs Cooking for IBS
